Malaysian Buddhist associations support religious learning, cultural life and community service in varied ways. Their histories differ by locality, language and founding circumstances. This poster gives an overview rather than an exhaustive institutional timeline. For a particular association, consult its records and distinguish establishment, registration and later expansion dates. Do not assume that one organisation represents all Malaysian Buddhists.
