Vajrayāna includes mantra, visualisation, ritual and other tantric methods within an ethical Buddhist path. It is prominent in Tibetan traditions and also exists in other forms, including East Asian traditions. Many practices require qualified instruction, empowerment or commitments. A poster is an orientation, not permission or training for restricted practice. Begin with shared foundations and a teacher whose conduct and accountability are open to examination.
